Join us in Temple 10 at Freemasons’ Hall for our December meeting followed by reception drink of choice, 3 course meal and wine in The Connaught Rooms.
The meeting is open to ALL masons registered under the UGLE. If you are not sure if that applies to you, please contact us BEFORE making your booking as you will not be permitted entry on the day if you are not a subscribing Freemason of a regularly constituted lodge on the register of the United Grand Lodge of England.
The menu, including 1/3 of a bottle of wine and 1/2 bottle of water (still/sparking), is:

Carpaccio of beef with truffle , argula and shaved Reggiano parmesan

Beetroot cured salmon gravlax marinated with star anise and ginger, crisp oriental salad
or
Wild mushroom terrine with avocado mousse, inca tomato and a salad verde (v)

Pan Fried Sea Bass Fillets served with wilted samphire and spinach with a light Chablis and chive sauce

Seared Gressingham duck breast in honey and mustard, herb polenta cake , charred gem and heritage carrots, red currant jelly
