Join us in Temple 10 at Freemasons’ Hall for our December meeting followed by a sumptuous meal in The Grand Connaught Rooms next door.

At this meeting we are very please to have a visit from Lt Col Adam McRae, who will be talking about his experiences as a Bomb Disposal Expert, including his experience in Afghanistan, Northern Ireland, Bosnia and the 2012 Olympics. He will also be talking about the Felix Fund Charity. See

The meeting is open to ALL masons (Entered Apprentice upwards) registered under the UGLE. If you are not sure if that applies to you, please contact us BEFORE making your booking as you will not be permitted entry on the day if you are not a subscribing Freemason of a regularly constituted lodge under the register of the United Grand Lodge of England.

The menu, including 1/3 of a bottle of wine, is:

Starter – Crab, crayfish, lemon and Cajun spice parcels, with Gribiche dressing.

Vegetarian Option – Green pea veloute, Parmessan crisp.


Main Course – Seasonal turkey roulade with roast roaster potatoes. Dutch heritage carrots, roast parsnip, truffled Lyonnaise potatoes, cranberry and orange infused jus.

Fish Option – Pan seared salmon fillet wrapped with pancetta, coriander, garlic and caper crushed new potatoes, buttered spinach and asparagus, chive butter sauce. 

Vegetarian Option – Roast winter vegetable Strudel with chestnuts, basil tofu, apricots served with shaved bussel sprout fricassee, truffled dauphinoise potatoes, Dutch heritage carrots, red pepper and tarragon emulsion. 


Dessert – Hazelnut, Bitter chocolate & clementine yule log with ginger and cranberry cream.

followed by

Coffee and after dinner mints.
